Dreissigacker Riesling Geyserberg Auslese 2010 is made with grapes that were almost 40% effected by botrytis. After a brief maceration the juice was allowed to spontaneously ferment in stainless steel vats at low temperature until the fermentation stooped naturally with some 160g/l of sugar still remaining in the finished wine. A pale yellow wine with a beautiful nose of ripe exotic fruits. The palate is rich and luscious with lots of acidity to balance the sugar and citrus flavors. Complex and will age for many years.
