Cruz de Piedra Garnacha Rosado 2013 is made by Bodegas Virgen de la Sierra using 100% from old bush vines in the mountainous region between Madrid and Zaragossa. After destalking, crushing and some brief skin contact the juice is fermented for 15 days at 15oC. The bottled wine is dry and medium-bodied, has decent structure and flavours and aromas of strawbery and raspberry.
