Azamor Petit Verdot 2011 is made using fruit from Azamor's low-yielding vineyard sites. The juice is fermented in stainless steel before malolactic transformation and ageing in a mix of French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. The result is a wine with a nose of plum and blackberry, spice and chocolate. The spicey palate is marked by silky tannins and big flavours of blackcurrant.
