Kim Crawford Pinot Noir 2014 uses largely manually harvested fruit, de-stemmed and after 5 days of cold maceration the fermentation proceeds with selected yeast strains. The wine is then aged in a mixture of stainless steel tanks and oak barrels. The finished wine is a medium red colour with plenty of fresh fruit on the nose supported by notes of spice and earth. Quite rich on the palate with lots of red berry flavours supported by a soft tannic structure. 12 BOTTLES OF THE 2011 REMAIN IN STOCK. PLEASE NOTE ANY VINTAGE PREFERENCE DURING CHECKOUT.
