Kim Crawford Pinot Gris 2014 is made with grapes harvested at night from 5 different vineyards throughout the Marlborough region, some parcels were harvested in multiple separate passes in order to ensure perfect ripeness at the time of picking. Grapes were pressed as soon as possible after picking and fermentation to dryness took place in stainless steel using a selected yeast strain. The bottled wine is pale gold in colour and has a nose with aromas of pear and honeysuckle. On the palate it is round, but fresh, with flavours of pear. Soft but balanced and elegant with a warm, spicy finish.6 BOTTLES OF THE 2011 REMAIN IN STOCK. PLEASE NOTE ANY VINTAGE PREFERENCE DURING CHECKOUT
