La Paz Merlot 2014 is made with fruit from modern vineyards designed to reduce the natural vigour of the vines. Cold-soaking for 24 hours extracts colour and aroma and subsequent temperature controlled fermentation gives an attractive fruit character and structure to the wine. An attractive wine with red cherry and plum on the nose and on the palate enough body and more of the plum and cherry flavours.
