De Gras Chardonnay 2015 uses whole-bunch pressed grapes from the Colchagua and Casablanca valleys at cool temperature in stainless steel vats. Fifteen percent of the wine was then aged with new French oak for 3 months prior to bottling. The wine is lovely and crisp, with tropical fruit on both nose and palate with an attractive oakiness. Medium-bodied, crisp and with a good length of finish.
