Cantina Colli Euganei Prosecco Extra Dry 2015 is produced using fruit grown on the low fertility, volcanic soils of the Colli Euganei about 30km south-west of Padova in north eastern Italy. The grapes are cooled before pressing and then the must is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Secondary fermentation takes place in sealed tanks, the Charmat method, and bottled under pressure to retain the natural sparkle. A straw yellow sparkler with a fresh and fruity nose.
