This Rosato Spumante from Ca Morlin is produced from lightly pressed Raboso grapes. A brief maceration of skin and juice means the wine remains a lovely pale pink. The wine has a long-lasting mousse and a cool fermentation maintains the lovely strawberry fruit character of the grapes. 12.5 g/l of residual sugar balances the acidity beautifully.
