Bonny Doon Le Cigare Blanc 2011 is made with a blend of almost equal part Grenache Blanc and Roussanne solely from the biodynamically farmed, Beeswax Vineyard in the Arroyo Seco region of California. A pale gold, complex and concentrated wine with lots of lavender, pear, quince and wax on the nose. Silky on the palate with fennel and green fruit character and a long dry finish.
