Angus the Bull uses fruit from selected region across the whole of Australia. Winemaker Hamish McGowan has the goal of producing the perfect accompaniment to prime beef. It's a deep purple, medium-bodied wine with lots of ripe black fruit, chocolate, vanilla and smoke on the nose. The palate has ripe, firm tannins and a pleasing savoury finish.
