Sino da Romaneira 2010 is made from a blend of the grape varieties Touriga Nacional(40%), Touriga Franca(30%) and Tinta Roriz (30%). After crushing the juice is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and then aged in French oak barrels. The wine is soft on the palate and has good acidity, lending the wine a freshness and elegance often lacking in Douro wines.
