Espinhal de Cima White 2012 is made with hand-picked and carefully sorted bunches of Ribagato, Viousinho and Gouveio grapes. The grapes are crushed then the must is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to produce a wine that is fresh and has an aromatic nose. On the palate it has flavours of citrus, great acidity and a pleasing minerality.
