Stopham Estate Rose 2013 is made by former Formula 1 enginer Simon Woodhead on his 6 hectare West Sussex estate using the Dornfelder grape variety. After harvest the grapes are pressed and the must is fermented in temperature-controlled, stainless steel vats. It was aged on the lees for several months before bottling. A bright pink wine with plenty of red fruit character on the nose and palate. crisp acidity balances the ripe fruit making this a cracking refreshing summer rose.
