Ridgeview Knightsbridge Cuvee Merret 2010 is produced from a mixture of hand-picked Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, a Blanc de Noirs. Fermentation with a specialised Champagne yeast and subsequent malolactic fermentation gives classic brioche character and a pleasing softness to the wine. The nose is full and round thanks to the ripe Pinot fruit and the wine has a lovely dep and persistence of summther fruit flavour.
