Inspira Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva 2013 is made using hand-picked grapes grown on the granitic soils of the estate'e vineyards in Chile's Central Valley. After careful sorting and a period of cold maceration the grapes are fermented in stainless steel vessels using natural yeast before being aged in stainless steel for several months prior to bottling this ensuring maximum fruit character is preserved in the wine which is ruby red in colour and has lots of blackberry and blackcurrant on the nose. The palate is soft and ripe and has a pleasant soft tannic structure to support the ripe fruit flavours.
