Four Pillars Gin is made by Cameron MacKenzie and Stuart Gregor with the goal of being the best craft gin in Australia. After leaving posts with winemakers Innocent Bystander and Giant Steps the pair established Four Pillars in 2013. It is produced in small batches in a 450 litre German CARL still nicknamed Wilma using clasic aromatics including coriander, juniper and cardamon but also lavendar, cinammon, angelica and fresh oranges. The finished product is spicy with attractive citrus aromas complemented by Christmas. Can be drunk on its own or with a mixer.
