Planeta Cometa 2010 is fermented in stainless steel using juice from de-stemmed grapes allowed to settle overnight for improved clarity. The wine is aged for 5 months on its lees prior to fining and bottling. The finished wine has a deep colour of straw. Full on the nose with citrus as well as tropical fruits and even some wisteria. Mineral on the palate, elegant with the fruit and acid nicely in balance. A superb example of the Fiano grape.
