Waterfalls Road Sauvignon Blanc The Eddy 2010 is a new entrant to the UK market for New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Winemaker Andrew Parley, who is the winemaker at renowned English spatkling wine producer Chapel Down, has produced a wine which on the nose is nettly with typical NZ SB gooseberry, passionfruit and white fruits. The palate is influenced by the terroir of the Awatere Valley, making the wine concentrated , not aggressive, but zesty and mineral with all the tropical and greenness one would expect in addition.
