Soleus Cabernet Sauvignon 2009 is produced with hand-picked, organically grown grapes. After fermentation a portion of the wine is aged in a new oak. A deep purple wine with lots of blackcurrant, liquorice and hint of oak on the nose. The palate is juicy, full-bodied. with lots of dark berry fruits together with a little spice and oak character.
