Tinpot Hut Sauvignon Blanc is cool fermented using cultivated yeast strains. This approach produces a wine with super complexity, a classic Kiwi SB with a pleasing steely minerality. The wine takes its name from the huts in the Wairau and Awatere valleys in Marlborough used in the Autumn by musterers rounding up their sheep. Using fruit largely from her own vineyard in the Blind River Valley winemaker Fiona Turner produces a classic Kiwi Sauvignon Blanc.
