This Brightwater Riesling has super varietal character – citrus zest and lemon curd on the nose with an streak of deep steely minerality. A wine with a strong “sense of place” – the gravel threaded soils of Brightwater, Nelson carry right through to your glass. A fine linear wine with delicate lifted character. Reminds some of Nina Ricci’s “L’Air Du Temps”. Thirst quenching and moreish. Great value at £13 per bottle.
