Quinta do Crasto Douro White 2013 uses carefully selected Gouveio, Rabigato, Roupeiro and Sercial grapes, a quarter of each in the blend. Temperature-controlled fermentation is in stainless steel prior to light filtration and bottling. The wine is a bright pale lemon colour with green apples, lemon and some herbs and minerality. Crisp and refreshing.
