Planeta Cometa 2013 is fermented in stainless steel using juice from de-stemmed grapes allowed to settle overnight for improved clarity. The wine is aged for 5 months on its lees prior to fining and bottling. A deep yellow wine with citrus and tropical fruits and some floral notes on the nose. Good acidity on the palate which balances the ripe fruit flavours and complements the minerality. Excellent.
