Frost Pocket Sauvignon Blanc 2013 is fermented in stainless steel vats at low temperature in order to retain the natural fruit character of the variety. The finished wine has a lovely crisp, refreshing acidity and plenty of gooseberry and lime flavours and aroms together with a hint of something more tropical.
