Is there a minimum order ?
Yes, unfortunately we cannot accept orders for single bottles.
When are you open ?

How can I order ?
You can order directly using our secure online wine, beer and spirit shop, you can place your order by telephone or email. If you are in the area it would be great if you phoned to arrange a time to visit our warehouse and maybe taste an open bottle.
Do you charge for delivery ?
Outwith the local area we charge £8 for orders over £75 and £12 for orders of less than that value. Orders of more than £500 are delivered free of charge as we may be able to do if you live locally (please contact us for our delivery schedule).
How can I pay ?
We accept the following cards for online and telephone orders as well as when you visit the shop
VISA, Mastercard, American Express, VISA Electron, Maestro, Diners Club, JCB and PayPal.
We can also accept BACS transfers (and may be able to offer a small reduction) and cheques but wine will not be shipped until payment has cleared. Please phone if you wish to take advantage of these services.
When you collect in person we are also happy to accept cash.
How secure is online payment ?
Ordering online is the fast and easy. Your payment card information is sent directly to the credit card processor in a highly secure manner. Nobody but you and the automated credit card processor will see your credit card information.
When will I receive my order ?
We will ship your goods within 7 days of the receipt of your order and generally much more rapidly. Our courier will take up to 2 further working days to deliver your wine. If you require weekend delivery please phone and let us know (our courier may impose a supplementary fee for this service).
What if I don’t receive my order ?
Please allow 2 working days after confirmation of shipment before worrying. If your order has still not arrived contact us by telephone (or email). Alternatively contact the courier directly.
What if my order is damaged ?
If your order is obviously damaged refuse to accept the parcel from the courier and ask for it to be returned to us. If you have accepted a parcel which has damaged goods please contact and inform us of the damage/breakages and we will arrange for a replacement shipment as soon as possible.
What if my order is incorrect ?
If you think your order is incorrect please first login to your EclecticTastes account area to verify and then contact us with the details of our error and we’ll arrange shipment of the correct goods as soon as possible.
Are all your wines listed on the website ?
Most of our lines are available for purchase on line but there are some lines which are only available by visiting us in person.
I am looking for a particular product can you source it for me ?
Possibly ! No guarantees but we will do our best to source what you are looking for. Contact us with as much product detail as you can and we’ll do our best. Please be aware that if this is a product we do not sell regularly that we may ask you to buy a complete case. We may also ask for a deposit prior to placing a special order.
