Do you charge for delivery ?

Yes we charge for delivery outwith the local Tayside area.  Within mainland UK the delivery charges are dependent on order value and are outlined below:
Orders for Few Items weighing up to 2kg can despached by Second Class Royal Mail and at a cost £5
"Small Orders" valued up to £75 and weighing over 2kg are charged at £12 and are despacthed by Parcel Force.

"Normal Orders" valued at over £75 are charged at £7.50 for the first 12 bottles and £4.50 for each subsequent case of 12 bottles and are despatched by Parcel Force.

Deliveries to the more remote parts of the mainland UK and the Islands are charged at cost.

Delivery cost within Europe vary but current prices should be quoted on the website during checkout.

When will I receive my order ? 

You will normally receive your wine with 7 days of ordering. On occasion it can take up to 7 working days following the receipt of your order. Our courier can then take up to 3 further working days to deliver your order.  You should wait no more than a maximum of 10 working days between ordering and delivery. If you need your purchases before a specific date please contact us BEFORE you place your order to let us give you a delivery date.  If you need a weekend delivery please phone and let us know (our courier will impose a supplementary fee for this service). 

What if I am not at home when delivery is attempted ?

If you are not at home our courier will leave a card letting you know that delivery has been attempted.  The card left by the courier will have the contact details of the local courier depot who you can contact to agree a suitable delivery time or to collect your order from the local depot.  If you do not contact the courier delivery and your order is returned to our warehouse and the cost of your purchases refunded. We will charge the return courier cost and reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of £1.75 per bottle.

What if I don’t receive my order ?

Please allow 3 working days after confirmation of shipment before worrying.  If your order has still not arrived contact us by telephone (or email) and we will chase your order with our couriers.
