Brewed at the beautiful Cistercian Abbey of Notre-Dame de Saint-Remy south of Namur in French-speaking Belgium. Rocherfort 10 uses Vienna and Pils malts and has some ground coriander in the mash too, as well as Styrian Golding and Hallertau hops for bittering and aroma. The income from their beers funds the upkeep and renovation of the Abbey. The beers of Rochefort are not so readily available as some of the Trappist ales.
